In town for a couple days off of work and cant even use the gym because they're "doing renovations". They wont be getting the next monthly payment and I will be going to nautilus family fitness from now on

Planet Fitness owner, please don’t respond with your generic message of contacting the local manager. If that were possible, it would’ve been done. Fix the root cause by protecting your brand and your customers. Do better. *Edited to include the photo to the link you sent in your response. You stated to check the local site so I did. Guess what…?!? It says it’s open. But it is in fact NOT OPEN… so AGAIN… DO BETTER OWNER OF PLANET FITNESS.
