    Multiple times I’ve talked to the pharmacy people and there is not one nice person who works there. I’ve never been rude with them but everytime I call they are so rude and trying to rush you off the phone. I’m changing pharmacies.

    They’ve had their ups and downs, but more ups than downs. I think they’ve got new pharmacist or New management or something because I can tell a big difference lately,they have really stepped it up!

    This location does not ever answer the phone no matter how long you let it ring. Then once you get up there they ha e you wait a hour and then tell you they are out of your medicine and that it would be here in a couple days then they feed you a bunch of lies like oh the truck carrying the medicine was in a accident it's going to be 2 more days. Then when it came to check out they stated they don't take goodrx but then why does the app show kroger prices. These little old ladies will retaliate for the smallest of things.

    I hate having to go here. It takes forever for them to answer the phone. There's almost always MAYBE 1 person helping customers. Everyone else is always going in and out on break I guess. They see a line of people waiting and they never step in to help. Once you do get help they are snippy with you. I understand they are busy but I'm a retail manager and know how to be flexible to customers needs. This location is a perfect example of how to not run a business.
