  My appointment was at 10:10 am. I checked in about 10 minutes early. I was called in and taken care of within the next five minutes. I have small rolling veins but Ms Connie was phenomenal in drawing from me. I’m always nervous but when I go to this particular Quest, I know I’m in great hands. Thank you all for always being so kind, patient and professional.

  I had a great experience at Quest Diagnostics thanks to Connie. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and made me feel comfortable the entire time. She checked in on me throughout the process and had such a calm, positive energy that really helped ease any nerves I had. It’s not often you come across someone so genuinely caring—Connie truly made my visit a pleasant one. I’m very grateful for her and hope she gets the recognition she deserves!

  Scheduled an appointment thru the app. Showed up an hour early hoping to be seen early. A walk-in person gets seen before someone with an appointment who is there, check in and waiting. That’s BS, if you are check in’d and waiting you should be seen in order of arrival. Definitely will not use this location again.

  Fortunately everything worked out today after being getting sent to the wrong location without an appointment! Communication started off on the wrong foot as both parties had different agendas! It turned out to be a great day because the Technician Dee was real personal and made my experience a delight ! No bruises the blood was collected in a timely manner! The only problem was no U/A was collected after drinking 3 bottles of water! I chalked it up to Friday the thirteenth madness!

  There is no one at the front desk. You check in on a link from your phone. So if you have questions no one will answer them. The nurse called me by my last name and never even asked what my first name was. I told her I was nervous and her response was “ok” she then told me that my copay was 250$ I asked if that was normal and she said “ I don’t know call your insurance”. I left feeling like she could have cared less. They also use the cheapest tape possible as a bandaid. It ripped my hair and skin off and left a red mark for hours. I would not recommend this place.
