On October 6, 2025: My mother’s left hearing aid went out and she was trying to determine why. She decided to make an appointment with Miracle Ear , so they can tell her what is going on. My mother had an appointment for 4:00 pm, and she left to her appointment at 3:10 pm. She was stuck in Houston traffic; as we all know Houston traffic can be rough at times. My mother made a courtesy call to miracle ear stating that she may be a little late due to traffic but that she was still coming. Miracle Ear closes at 5:00 pm. A few minutes later she gets a phone call from Zair who works at the front desk stating that Danielle was leaving. Why couldn’t you give my mother a courtesy call yourself Danielle? I understand that we all have lives and we all have things to do. But how very unprofessional and sloppy of you to not have the respect to give my mother a call on a solution since she was stuck in Houston traffic for over an hour . Perhaps, you should take a refresher course on customer service, as yours is lackluster . Danielle Moss, It was very unprofessional and rude of you to do that to my Mother . She didn’t know she’ll be in traffic for over an hour . Not only am I leaving a review , but we will be calling the Corporate office as you left my Mother in disdain . How dare you? Saying all of this to say that Danielle Moss doesn’t care about her patients . Just about herself .
