I talked to these people on a regular basis and was told they only get so many machines on the recall every few months. Today I found out they received my replacement machine Jan 2022. I called last week and was told they no longer get the machines sent to Seymour. Watch out these people are selling equipment that doesn’t belong to them. My machine is being sent by Philips. They are also checking into this issue with this DME

I'm in need of a shower chair they're going to send me one right away they're going to take care of all the insurance through Medicare Medicaid. And I don't have to deal with anything all I have to do is wait for it to show up. And they're very prompt when they answer the phone and very understanding of your needs. I do not mistreat the chair in any way,shape or form.I live alone and no one has ever messed with the remote.I am tired of this happening.I'm on SSI and it's too soon for Medicaid to Purchase me one again. They choose the maker not my self so they should be responsible for it.
