  I called to schedule an appointment for contact fitting. I called back to leave a note with the optometrist because I have had the wrong prescription multiple times before with other optometrists and was hoping for some reassurance. There was a Ms. Chong that answered. My phone disconnected and she called back. When I voiced my concerns she got hostile and told me she did not understand what I was asking, and that if the optometrist does the exam and the glasses or contacts are blurry, it’s not the prescription, but it is the people who distribute the glasses or contacts. I immediately felt uncomfortable and cancelled my appointment. I asked for her name again, she said Kacy. The glasses might be wonderful at the actual Eyemart Express store, but the I wouldn’t trust the doctor’s office with my prescription.
