- RRRᴇ'Gᴀʏᴇ1 day ago3.0I travel for work and I’ve gone to so many different Planet Fitness locations. I felt sorry for the members and locals of Seguin, Texas. The massage chairs and hydro-beds were so outdated. I mean so very old, the guy upfront put coins in the massage chair. That chair was so uncomfortable I couldn’t bear it anymore, I called him over to help me get out of it quickly possible because he couldn’t stop it. I’m giving a 3 star only because the staff member was so nice and kept apologizing for the discomfort I experience. Please upgrade your Black Card Spa.

- DDDanielleOct 24, 20252.0I dont like paying $30 a month for hair in the shower and toilet paper on the floor for multiple days i come in. Never using those again. Lots of people dont wipe down equipment and are pretty loud n rude. My fault for picking the gym but oh well (the black card membership says its 24 (including taxes) but its 27 fyi. I was late to make a payment and they put me in the negatives snd never returned it, charged me double on top of that too. Theres a late fee no one warns you about and it cost the same as the membership.
