Took my grandson for fasting blood work, he is a 10 yr old cancer survivor, the 1st technician, put the triucate on, noticed it really wasn't that tight, she had him make a fist, than went right through the vien, after moving the needle around she wasn't able to get a draw, same thing on the next arm. My grandson didn't try to resist either time, she complained to me that he wasn't given water.during his fasting time.this is a well hydrated child, that's drinks plenty of water. She went as far as telling me she had 13 years experience, another technician looked at his veins, went through proper procedures, used a smaller needle and took her time, just inserting the needle enough to hit the vein and not go through it. He was crying silent tears. Will never let that technician ever do another draw on me or a family member. The technician that actually drew the samples was amazing.
I had two scheduled appointments within a week and both visits were excellent and professional! I’ve always had pleasant and professional service!
The associate was a beautiful lovely and wonderful, caring person and I was blessed to have her serve me!
Huge coward here, got my blood drawn and even though I definitely, totally, did not cry, the physicians here were very kind, skilled and professional; which made it easier. Thank you.
Wish this had a (-) minus scale because it doesn’t even deserve a 1 star! I am done with Quest, there is absolutely NO customer service at any of the offices near me. I have a question that only a human employee could answer regarding my blood draw BEFORE I go to Quest. There is no way to talk to a human, it’s all automated now. When I did get to make my first appointment, about 2-1/2 years ago, I was treated so rudely by the girl there that I just left. I have very good insurance and a supplement but she was worried I would owe about $25 and not pay it. I pay my bills. Lesson learned! As usual it’s about greed and the bottom line, not customers. Would love to know how many millions the upper management pockets every year…..unbelievable !! 😡 CUSTOMER BEWARE!
