  I’ve been with this office for a couple of years now and honestly only go when it’s absolutely necessary. I’ve had great experiences with Dr. Jandee and some of the New Braunfels team. Dr. Jandee has consistently been on top of things and truly attentive when it comes to patient care. Unfortunately, when it comes to prescriptions or getting in touch with the other doctors to resolve issues and help patients get better, the follow-through hasn’t been consistent—except with Dr. Jandee. This is especially frustrating if anything comes up on a Thursday and carries into the weekend. During those times, you’re honestly better off going somewhere else.

  Seriously the best. From the doctors to the staff. We have had an insurance nightmare and the staff including lauren at the schertz office have been so patient and soooo helpful!!! The doctors have always been so sweet and patient with my kids! Love love love !!

  I made an appointment for vaccinations for my kids, as they were behind and needed to be caught up. The pediatrician office knew that was the reason for the appointment. I had to reschedule my appointment for the week after because of reasons that were out of my control. The day before my appointment I got a letter in the mail from them saying that I was to no longer allowed to come back to their practice because my kids needed vaccines to be seen by them. I called the office immediately and said the paper must be a mistake because I literally have an appointment for vaccinations the next day and nobody at the office ever mentioned this being an issue when making the appointment and moving it. THEY KNEW the appointment was for vaccines. There was literally NO other reason for me to be there. The front office told me I’m SOL and to find a new place to be seen. I told the front office that the whole point of my appointment the next day was for vaccinations and how could you kick someone out for trying to get the very thing they’re kicking us out for. They brought the office manager on the phone where she again told me I was SOL and to never come back. I tried to reason with them, because it didn’t make any sense at all. They said my kids would be a risk for other kids since they were behind. So I guess all kids who come to this practice are all magically fully vaccinated. Even if I was anti-vaccine (which I’m NOT) all kids deserve care. These people are just money hungry and don’t truly care about the well being of all children. There is absolutely no critical thinking here. They are unreasonable and unprofessional. The doctors who work at this practice should be ashamed to be associated with them. I DO NOT recommend this place.

  I can’t tell you enough.. how amazing the doctor and staff are! We are so glad we change to this pediatric office! They are so quick to getting what our children need, super friendly and very caring!
