He was kind professional and took care of everything for me so I didn't need to worry about a thing. I would never use any other pharmacy other than this one. Thank you Anthony, you are indeed an asset to this pharmacy. 😁❤️
- GVGary Del ValleMar 7, 20261.0On March 7 HEB sent me an e-mail saying it was time for my 2nd shingles vaccine and showed me a schedule to make an appointment. I made the appointment for 3 PM on the same day. After driving to the store the lady told me that it was 4 days too early and that I could not get the vaccine. The lady did apologize but I pointed out that it was HEB that messaged me about the vaccine and I simply followed their instructions and received a confirmation e-mail. They should not invite me to schedule the vaccine if I am not eligible. As a consumer I don’t know when I am eligible I rely on them to tell me. It was just a waste of time and was frustrating.
