  I’ve been with this office for a couple of years now and honestly only go when it’s absolutely necessary. I’ve had great experiences with Dr. Jandee and some of the New Braunfels team. Dr. Jandee has consistently been on top of things and truly attentive when it comes to patient care. Unfortunately, when it comes to prescriptions or getting in touch with the other doctors to resolve issues and help patients get better, the follow-through hasn’t been consistent—except with Dr. Jandee. This is especially frustrating if anything comes up on a Thursday and carries into the weekend. During those times, you’re honestly better off going somewhere else.

  Seriously the best. From the doctors to the staff. We have had an insurance nightmare and the staff including lauren at the schertz office have been so patient and soooo helpful!!! The doctors have always been so sweet and patient with my kids! Love love love !!

  Love coming to this pediatric clinic. It is very clean and they are very efficient. All my kids see Ms. Jandee (CPNP), and occasionally Dr. Garcia or whoever else is available for sick visits. Never had any issues with the providers or the MA's. The receptionists are all kind and very knowledgeable with insurance questions and scheduling. FYI it is important to note that they are a pro vaccination clinic, and they see patients who are vaccinated or on a vaccine schedule. If you do decide not to vaccinate your kids, they can work with a vaccine schedule for you or just whatever vaccines you would like for your kids. I had to work with the provider for one of my kids and I have never felt judged or belittled; they are straightforward with giving you options and I always request for vaccine information (which they gladly print out) so I am well informed and I know what my children are receiving. Overall I am very pleased with this clinic and confident with the care that my children are getting from the providers.

  I have been taking my child to this practice since they were born. They have been informative, kind, and when we asked questions they were able to give us answers that reassured us. If we wanted to know more details they were happy to explain. The whole staff is kind and respectful. When we first started going it was smaller, and there was an intimate feel about everyone know who we were, that feeling has not changed. Walking in it still feels like a small practice, but they have added more practitioners. We were truly grateful when we found them.
