- TNTami Nun-yaMar 2, 20264.0This was my first class and I did not know the moves they were working on. I was told the instructor helps first timers, she did not. Not saying it's a bad thing maybe she didn't realize that I hadn't been there. But it was kind of just like lay down, get into it. And I had to look every time to see what the move was. That she was telling us to do, and i'm sure my form was off.Because it didn't go so well. Hopefully the next class will be more instructive.
