I love Pilates and really love this location! 6 months ago, I was brand new to Pilates…now, I’m looking forward to a brand new year with the family, because it really does feel like one—from the staff to everyone I work out with. I actually look forward to going each morning, and my body and MIND thank me for it daily. Thank you especially to Sydney and Nichole…my FAVORITE instructors, even though they’re all great. I take all my classes with them and sometimes Laura on Fridays. This is my dream team, with Syd’s sneaky “chill” demeanor, meanwhile she’s breaking you off with her pretty intense strength training and you feel it EXACTLY where you’re supposed to…then there’s Nichole, a fun firecracker who’s guaranteed to push you to the limit as your body contorts into “interesting” and empowering poses. Laura rounds it out with her straightforward, effective and sweet approach when she is in. All in all, I love it here! Try it out! P.S. I started out with a hip injury and they were able to gracefully guide me to this point, so all are welcome 🤗

Love this place! I'm brand new to pilates & wanted to try it to support my workout regimine because I wanted to force myself to work on flexibility, core strength, balance, and endurance. Things I have not prioritized in the past. Took intro class w/ Donna & I was sold. She's great for Level 1 classes because she explains things so well & covers little extra tidbits that enhance your knowledge about something brand new. Donna also has YEARS of pilates experience - I believe over 25 years - and it shows in the way she operates as a pilates instructor. I'm getting hooked to pilates & have booked my classes a month out.

I made the decision to start pilates because I was sick of waking up in constant pain (I am only 33). Ive been in a couple car wrecks and have some bulged discs in my cervical and lumbar region. Because of this, I cannot cough, sneeze, or flex at the hip without my nerves being compressed and feeling sharp pain down my left leg in particular. Sometimes even just laying flat on my back causes pain! I have been doing pilates here for the past few months and it has made SUCH a difference. I go the gym and I work in occupational therapy so I am no stranger to working out but pilates is a whole different level. My core strength has improved GREATLY and I no longer wake up with pain AND my pain has decreased with movement for the first time in years. When I DONT go to pilates for a couple weeks, my body can tell and gets very angry. It has had such a positive impact on how I feel. If I could go every day, I would! All of the instructors are great in their own way and I highly recommend trying each one out to find your fit. No class is the same and each instructors style is so different. ***NICHOLE*** is definitely amazing and will make you feel so comfortable, even as a beginner. She is so knowledgeable, passionate, and personable. Donna is also great and makes sure that you get the most out of each class. My biggest complaint is that if you do anything less than the unlimited plan, you will only get X amount of credits to sign up for classes. That means you will have to wait for your billing cycle to reset in order to sign up for the next months classes. By then, you may have a hard time getting in the classes you want or you will be put on the waitlist. So if you go and you decide you want to make pilates a part of your life, it definitely behooves you to do the unlimited plan to get the time slots you want. 10/10 recommend
