  Lo único que no me gusta de esta clínica es los estacionamientos y la recepción son muy despotas y mamonas al chile así se entiende, todo lo demás bien por que ellos van a lo que vas ni mucha plática ni tanto rollo... por lo menos a mi la señora Denisse Lassman es un amor OJO el doctor Kunda si es un poco tosco y frío pero por lo menos hace su trabajo...

  Everyone was super kind and helpful. Calling to get an appointment was easy. The Physician Assistant was incredibly knowledgeable and thorough in her explanations.

  I made an appointment here mostly because they could get me in as a new patient way sooner than anywhere else I called, after I made my appointment I read these reviews and was so nervous due to the complaints. I had NO problems with anyone. The person who answered when I called to schedule was super helpful, the front desk staff when I arrived was attentive and quick, the dr was great and didn’t rush anything. I was in and out in an hour and a half as a new patient with a minor procedure, ultrasound, and bloodwork included. It was about as good of an experience as one can have at a gynecologist office.

  I first came here October 2023 to get established and ask about my irregular periods. During a well womens visit they acted promptly and did a pelvic exam i never had before and were able to diagnose me with PCOS. I wasnt given much help and was just advised to take metformin. Thankfully i was able to get pregnant in January 2024 and when i noticed spotting the Dr did give me progesterone which i believe prevented a miscarriage so i was thankful for that. I was also glad i got monthly visits and ultrasounds which usually are only performed twice. The Dr also performed my c-section and i was pleased with that experience. My rating is towards the office staff and how unwelcome you are made to feel. The front desk really lacks customer service and they seem bothered to be helping you. The times i had to call to make appointments i was rushed through the call and practically hung up on before i could even ask a second question. They deal with women in a setting that needs empathy and care yet all you receive is a cold tone of voice and made to feel like youre an inconvenience. The care received could also be improved as you feel like just a number being rushed through. After reading other similar reviews it confirmed my decision to no longer come here. If you just need a quick last minute appointment then id recommend, since they always have availability
