He took the extra time to call the other location to give them guidance on how to fill it correctly, then called me back to confirm everything was taken care of. He helped set me up with the text and email notifications. THANK YOU RYAN!
- YEYolanda EdwardsJan 9, 20261.0Today it took me almost 40 minutes to get my prescription from the drive thru. I am assuming it’s a new employee because I’ve never seen him. The employee was moving very slow and didn’t sound too happy to be there. Called to voice my opinion and I was told that customers can come inside . Isn’t a drive thru for convenience? I felt that even the employee that answered the line was nonchalant about the service. I’ve never had this problem with the drive thru at this location. This location is way faster, but not today! The employee at the drive thru needs to be trained to be more efficient. Horrible experience!
