The front desk employee working at 6:00 PM on Monday, December 22nd completely ruined my Club Pilates experience.
For context, my home studio is in Fort Worth, and I am an Unlimited member visiting for the holidays. I called the studio the day before to confirm I could take a class while in town and was explicitly told there would be no issue and that I could attend the 6:00 PM class.
When I arrived, the front desk employee refused to let me join due to my membership type and told me I would need to pay $29. Although this contradicted what I had been told, I agreed and was willing to pay because I wanted to take the class. After agreeing to pay, she then changed her mind again and said I was not allowed to join any class at all, despite the class only having two people in it.
This was unbelievable and extremely unprofessional. The inconsistency, lack of accountability, and poor customer service are completely unacceptable and reflect very poorly on the brand. If it weren’t for the excellent experience I consistently have at my home Club Pilates studio, I would cancel my membership. UNBELIEVABLE!

Three days without AC, but according to the statement, it’ll be fixed in about a week since there is no rush to fix it because the temperature will drop. You pay for a full service, which should be provided in its entirety. Not only do we not have AC, but it also smells bad 🫠.
The membership cancellation policy requires 30 days' notice prior to your payment, and each class must be canceled 12 hours in advance. Otherwise, you will be charged a significant fee for not attending and not canceling before that time. However, they change schedules and trainers without giving you advance notice.

I want to preface this by saying my review isn’t about the workouts themselves, but about the staff and my first impression of this studio. I booked a complimentary intro session and showed up late by mistake — that part was completely my fault. However, when I walked into the lobby, the two front desk employees just stared at me without greeting or offering help. I had to initiate the conversation and explain the situation, but they responded very dryly that I was too late and would have to reschedule. Their tone and body language made me feel like I was a bother for even being there. I still rescheduled for another class, but honestly, I didn’t feel comfortable going back. It’s hard to want to work out somewhere when the staff makes you feel judged and unwelcome. After missing my rescheduled class, I received a message asking why I hadn’t shown up. I replied honestly that the staff had been rude. The general manager, Libby, reached out afterward asking for details, and I explained everything. I never heard back from her. It’s disappointing because I was genuinely interested in joining after coming from another Pilates studio, but the overall experience left me feeling dismissed and unwelcome. If this location had new management and a more professional front desk team, I’d consider giving it another try. Until then, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
