- RDRosario DeLeonFeb 28, 20262.0The staff of HEB of professionals paraprofessionals and cashiers could care less about the people waiting in line or the people that they are helping. They've gotten things so out of control where they have 80-year-olds and 90-year-olds reading a screen and pushing buttons which makes the lies get longer. They don't care if somebody that is feeling sick or in pain, especially the elderly community are waiting in line for long periods of time. HEB pharmacy at this location has been getting away with this forever. I don't know how they have the conscience to abuse our community in such a manner.

- RNRomeo NietoFeb 5, 20191.0This Pharmacy is a Joke, they wouldn't release my medication even though they charged my insurance, took 3 days for them to release my medication even though they charged since day 1, Finally when i got my medication I was given the wrong amount. I called HEB corporate and it's been almost 2 weeks and yet i have not heard from the manager, I do not recommend th his pharmacy to anyone super bad service by Porfirio tech. Management will ignore you and make false promises.
