  Asas Health has taken over Dr. Lopez's office, I spoke with patient representatives yesterday trying to correct a very simple problem. They have no idea what is happening in the office. Apparently the employees in Dr. Lopez's office will not talk to Asas patient representatives. The representative puts me on hold for 15 or 20 minutes. They finally come back on the phone and give me information that is 3 hours old. Paulina, Sophia, Pela, Pal, are supposed to represent the patient, right. They called me 30 minutes ago to follow up? They disconnected the call as soon as I answered. I called back immediately and the patient representative had no idea why I was called and tried to read some note to me I heard 3 times yesterday. Asas had absolutely no idea why I was called. If I try to call Dr. Lopez now I just get thrown back in to their neverending loop of nobody knows anything.

  I went for an appt. with Dr. Kassandra Paredes. She was not being professional on treating my symptoms.She was more concerned on dismissing me rushing my visit that she did not fully checked all reasons for visit. Mentioned to nurse about it and Dr. Paredes told her she was busy with other patients.(While I was one of her patients)She wasn't done checking other reason I came for visit.I was dismissed and had to leave with pain on my hands with my trigger rhematoid arthritis hands. Worse experience I've had at this clinic I have used for many years. Will never see Dr. Paredes again and would never recommend her to anyone.
