- JSJared S3 days ago1.0Lenses are 2 years old now, and are by far the lowest quality I’ve ever purchased. The coating is protective coating is peeling away and I NEVER use any cleaning products other than a cloth designed for lenses. Lower expectations from a practical purchase to simply a fashion purchase. Not a good option for those with more challenging vision correction needs.

- RCRaymond C5 days ago1.0Went into this location expecting a straightforward visit using my insurance, and was told everything would be covered when the first associate checked my benefits. I was later charged anyway with no clear explanation at the time from the next associate who helped me what I was being charged for. Only after following up with their Customer Service line did they admit I was given incorrect information and shouldn't have been charged. Despite them admitting fault and after way too many emails and phone calls, they’ve offered a small credit instead of a proper refund (for a "non-insurance" purchase), which is not acceptable. Really disappointing experience both in-store and with customer service and don't plan to return. Take your business to LensCrafters in the mall instead.
