Unfortunately I had to bring my Husband here. The nurses and the doctors are very uncaring, and quick to push you away. Their attitudes were cold and I should have known not to come here. If you're looking for compassionate, professional nurses or doctors, don't come here. They took x rays of his back and the Doctor Villarreal never came back to show us, show him, or discuss anything about them. She disappeared and we never saw her again. She was dismissive from the start. We paid $150 for X-rays we NEVER saw. Horrible experience.

Went 2/28/2006 around 9:30 am as soon as I walked in I was greeted by the receptionist . First time being at this location. I usually go to the downtown area. But so happy they open this location as it is closer to me . Receptionist was very nice . Sat down and a minute later I was called to the back by one of the nurses. I was met with Raquel and Tiffany which were very nice and friendly. I saw PA Garcia and she was also nice . Overall experience was very nice and made me feel comfortable when you don’t feel well . I was in and out in 30 min . I was the only patient there at that time . I would recommend this location. Thank you express med staff .

Wheatley Urgent Care has an amazing staff, and every visit reflects their outstanding bedside manner. I’ve had the pleasure of being cared for by PA Ramirez-Hermosillo, PA Garcia, Raquel, Brittany, and John—truly an exceptional team. I’ve brought in my entire family for different reasons, and they consistently surpass expectations. The convenience of scheduling a same-day visit online, combined with having prescriptions delivered immediately, is truly unheard of and amazing. Highly recommend!
