This urgent care is normally our number one place to go for minor emergency but after this last time I think it will be our last visit. My son had a small it on his head from falling at school. He didn’t pass out or have and nausea or vomiting. The person that was supposed to help us took one look and told us that we immediately needed to go across the street to the hospital. We went to the hospital and it took 7 hours to be seen by a doctor who told us that the urgent care could have helped us because it was not that bad. It sounds like someone just didnt want to help us. It even says on our brochure for Community First that if you have any head injury as long as there isn’t any vomiting or loss of consciousness then an urgent care is the place to go. Of course we received the brochure after the fact but wish I would have known that before spending an entire evening at the hospital. We could have gotten patched up in the beginning at this urgent care center. Both places are a no go anymore.
