Every single month I go through so much grief trying to get my Baclofen. It's not a controlled substance. I'm elderly and disabled

Took my daughter to express med to be seen got there at 515 left at 633 vitals were taken. We decided to leave as she was not called back to see a dr.. there was an employee wearing black scrubs was full of tattoos neck area and arms I don’t think that is professional she needs to cover the tattoos .the lady wearing maroon was helping her out and kept on dropping items. I would not recommend this clinic to any of my family and co workers I would not go there again.

I do not recommend this urgent care facility and would not return. I mentioned to FNP Kenny Le staff that I was diagnosed with Covid-19 three days prior and described my symptoms which included dizziness, nausea, vomiting, chills, and difficulty breathing. FNP Kenny Le said he would prescribe some medications for my breathing issues, but did not. Instead, I received Tylenol otc. I was brushed off and handed discharge papers. Shortly after, I received a notification in MyChart with notes indicating that I denied all symptoms listed above, which is untrue. My concerns were not addressed. If it were possible, I would give them a zero-star rating.
