The gym at UHS TDI can be a fun place to exercise and meet new people. But if you are not accepted the aid is sent to ask where you work; if you have scabs and if you ate at all. I understood that the only person we answer to is our Drs and care team .The gym is not open to all.

I would give 5 star. Our family PCP Dr. Adenuga has been very kind and supportive for the past 2 years. She has went above and beyond in referring my parents to other specialists and following up on their test results.

They don't even deserve 1 star. I called to ask how much my co pay was to make sure I had enough or to see if I needed to reschedule once I got paid. I was told I did not have a co pay and that they bill my insurance first and then I am responsible for the rest. Sounds about right. Well wrong. I show up for my appointment and I have to pay $50 and they bill the insurance afterwards. Please get on the same page when it comes to having the same answers for your patients. And the customer service on the podiatry office was absolutely horrible.

Dangerous "one-size-fits-all" advice that ignores actual lab results.
"I came to Dr. Velez-Garza seeking help for a complex metabolic condition. Despite my labs clearly showing adrenal issues that caused me to feel dizzy and weak, he dismissed my symptoms entirely. Instead of treating the root cause, he gave me standard 'eat less, exercise more' advice—even though I explained that exercising was making me faint due to my condition.
When I asked for help with a medication coverage denial, the office staff was dismissive. I was left untreated and suffering. Shockingly, I wasn't tested for blood sugar or given a lipid panel to check my cholesterol levels. I had to leave and find a Primary Care doctor who would actually run the tests and read my labs, which confirmed my cholesterol is high. If you have a complex condition, do not expect personalized care here."
