Very bad experience here for my son Tongetie surgery. They got mess up with the paperwork about my son tonge tie, the doctor came for dental treatment but doesn’t know he came for tounge tie . She convinced me twice for check on his teeth and see if he need any crown. I said I don’t even know today we came for his dental treatment, we have apt for his tonge tie only. The director of the hospital again try to convince me to do the crown if he need it since they will put him to sleep. At first I said no bc my son is autism and he had very bad anger emotion so we don’t want him to go too many pain at the same time. However the doctor keep saying he need it done since that he will be sleep. And we ended up say yes just do whatever they need to do but don’t forget about the tounge tie, then after all the doctor turn around to say she doesn’t feel comfortable to do the surgery for my son anymore. They want us to leave with nothing done . So we been there few hours for nothing and I asked the director about can she help me to write down whatever happened today so I can make a report to the insurance so make sure we still got cover for the surgery. The way they wrote down is : the mom wasn’t agree to put the crown, and after they convinced me I change my mind but the doctor don’t feel comfortable to do it anymore. Nothing about what mistake that from the dental office sent the order of the surgery to the hospital, nothing about the doctor keep pushing us to have the dental treatment ( 2-3 time back and forth)plus the tounge tie like I ordered, and nothing about she denied to do the surgery after I’m down for them to put the crown on my son if he need it. Please marking sure b4 u guy sent ur child come to this hospital, bc it’s no way they pushing patient do something that we don’t asking for. And more worse when they feel don’t want to do it then they cancel ur apt since that everything is ready. She treat us like she don’t give a damn about who we r and done even care about what exactly her job is. She turn her back and talking to the assistant like: tell them what it was and make them understand, plus with her hand waving on the air. Well she don’t deserved to be a doctor , specially work with kids that need more help than all other Normal kids out there. She want to be quickly move on and whoever don’t do what she say then well … good bye and out of this hospital if we don’t listen to them. The director saying at the end : well sorry i will be back in the office . Thank u!
I just want to talk to all the parent out there is ur kids u know exactly what is going on with them and what they need for that moment. It’s no way a doctor get mad bc they can’t pushing us to do what they want to do. So please take ur kids somewhere that they know what to do and respect everyone as patients!

I have a complaint. I recently visited this hospital with my father for my mother’s appointment. We were given a referral. We were told that Dr. Lewis Rose would see my mother and help her with her hand and wrist. My mother has a mental disability and is currently being seen for that. Now I thought after this appointment my mother would have some answers but instead my parents came out feeling disappointed and my father felt disrespected. I don’t appreciate that Dr. Lewis Rose basically accused my father of mistreating my mother just because my mother had lipstick on her hand. Dr. Lewis must’ve thought it was blood. It wasn’t. My mother holds her face and that is part of showing she is shy and she also has sensitivity to light due to her eye condition. I don’t appreciate the disrespect Dr. Lewis was showing my father after all he does for my mentally ill mother.

The people who answer the phone to provide " excellent services" are often rude. The np/ doctors never call back. It took 4-5months to order a rolling walker and I had to go through pt services to finally get the walke.
