  I recently had a frustrating experience regarding a refill for my Wellbutrin (bupropion), but I want to update my review to reflect how the situation was handled. Mr. Ronald, the director, personally reached out to me, took the time to listen, and sincerely apologized for the inconvenience. He didn’t just acknowledge the issue—he resolved it. He ensured I received a 30-day bridge refill so I wouldn’t experience any interruption in my medication before my upcoming appointment. That level of accountability and patient care truly stood out to me. It’s not often you see leadership step in directly and take ownership of a situation like this. Because of his professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine concern for patient well-being, my confidence in this organization has been restored. I’m very grateful for the support and for how quickly this was handled once it reached the right person. Thank you again to Mr. Ronald for going above and beyond.

  I saw Dr.Adun and let me just say he was very understanding and listened to me and did not make me feel like I was just looking for medication .He going to take all the extra step in helping me find out what’s going on .So thank you Dr.Adun

  I wish you had negative stars. My husband and I moved here from Oklahoma. Your clinic was recommended to us. I could never get an appt to see my PCP. I went to this clinic for over a year before I ever seen him. His PA prescribed my blood pressure meds and when he was out of the office, my PCP would not refill my meds because HE had never seen me. I had to do without my meds til I could get an appt. I went to see he and was having trouble with my knee so I told him about it and he had an x-ray done. It took him over a week to read my x ray that was done in his own clinic. My husband has went there and he has had problems getting referrals for his heart dr and his pain management. I'm looking for another dr.

  I love going to this clinic. I like the nurses and doctors there. Everybody is so nice. The place is always clean. I love seeing Dr. Ibiyinka ladapo, she's beautiful and smart. She always tells the truth.
