Don’t come to this location please , my clinic made an appointment for me to come here and the process was absolutely terrible, I had to call them set an appointment, get up early in the morning , walk in the freezing cold, for them to make me go , wait , and call me into the back sit me down with a provider only for them to tell me that I have to pay $100-$209 for a provider if I wanted to be helped , whoever is making appointments, customer service all need to be FIRED ASAP , I’ve seen with my own eyes how they discriminate you here , if you’re a senior/ disabled / non- English speaking do not come here or if you do come with someone who knows English (headstrong ) because the don’t want to help at all here

I went to see my pcp Maria Garcia. And she was unprofessional and not knowledgeable about her job. She purposely avoided listening and doing her job especially after I told her how I was nto Able to go to my neurology appointment due to 30 minutes before I got a medical emergency call about my daughter. I even told her that I litterly called for a total of 2 hours and did not get a response from neurology. And she was not listening and became dismissive saying it's my homework, when if she's listening she would've understood i can't get through to them.
Plus neurology is supposed to call me not the other way around. She refused to do anything about that. Then I have had random swelling that started 2 months ago in my legs . She told me I had to do with my age and the fact im sitting often. I am 33 years old it has nothing to do with my age or the fact I sit for work . When I mentioned I take breaks in between.
So I mentioned water pills to help.. but instead she mentioned compression socks which I've tried before regardless of how tight it is on my calves. Then she told me the risk that are associated with water pills are worst then the benefits I would get out of it.
I told her to list the risk and the risk she list are the same exact risk that are stated in the medication that I already take for my mental and I am on multiple medications with healthy kidneys and everything still.
She OBVIOUSLY did not want to do her job and kept making excuses . If she is not gonna be a helpful doctor SHE DOES NOT NEED TO PRACTICE. ITS BETTER TO SAY I AM NOT SURE AND WE ARE GONNA FIGURE IT OUT VERSE HER not attempting and brushing me off.
I will NEVER SEE HER AGAIN.
THIS IS WHY I LIKE NURSE PRACTICINERS MORE BECAUSE THEY ACTUALLY DO THEIR JOB AND CARE MORE. VERSEES DOCTORS..
NOT TO MENTION WHEN I FIRST GOT THERE ALL I WANTED TO SEE WAS NURSE PRACTICINER . BUT CARMEN ESPINOZA A NURSE PRACTICINER INSTISTED THAT I MUST SEE MARIA MY PCP AND LOOK WHERE WE ARE AT ISSUES AFTER ISSUES.
THIS PLACE WAS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED JUST TO PROVE THEY ARE THE WORST.
