- CRChristina RiosAug 18, 20245.0We have been with University since 2021, but only heard about this clinic last week when trying to get my kids in for a sick call appt. I was nervous because I’ve never taken my kids there before and I was pleasantly surprised by how much we loved it! My daughter does not like the doctor at all (3 years old) height and weight scares her, checking in her mouth is scary too. First the nurse got Ava’s weight by subtracting my weight while holding her and that was so nice because our PCP office doesn’t let me do that. They didn’t force her to take her height either. The staff was so kind, and Doctor. Nguyen was so patient and just amazing. She made sure both my husband and I understood what she thought our kids had (Viral vs. Bacterial Conjunctivitis). She also really took her time and got my daughter to open up in her mouth without using a tongue depressor, which I never thought would happen. It’s doctors and nurses like that, that make kids comfortable with going to their next doctor appt. Thank you for a very pleasant appointment!

We'll definitely consider this university clinic in the future. Keep in mind, the clinic is located on the grounds of Anson Jones Middle School nearest Pinn with its own parking lot.
