Bring your child’s insurance card, immunization records, a list of medications and any recent medical records. If someone other than a parent or legal guardian brings the child, please provide written authorization.

Yes. We provide recommended childhood immunizations and follow Texas school vaccination requirements.

Horrible experience every time I come here, waiting time is over 1 and half hour, I don’t even know why they have appointments and they can’t see you on time. The front desk guy is not nice and not willing to help.

This will Definitely Be My Go to Clinic. Dr. Singh and the staff are polite and professional. They are organized, and you go in at a reasonable time. I’m always nervous about Dr Visits but everything has gone smooth thus far and have felt comfortable with Dr. Singh and the Staff. Thank You 🙂

They scam with wrong charges. They don't honor the appointment or the reason you took the appointment and charge you unnecessarily with the wrong charges.

Clean facility and Dr. Singh is nice to my mom when she had to visit with her. But UT health and UHS do not share the same EPIC system so if work is done at UT you have to let your UHS primary provider know so that they are in the loop.
