Our nurse was fantastic & Ms. Heidi (NP), our provider, was wonderful. I appreciate that she met my son where he is and thoroughly explained everything. She was very transparent with next steps and timing on them.
- KKKimberlyJan 29, 20261.0Why is it sooo hard to get someone to answer the phone?!! This is so frustrating. I've been calling trying to get my child's surgery rescheduled, left voicemails, called the next day only to get the answering machine for front desk and surgery coordinator.

- OAO AJan 31, 20181.0If you have nothing in your day and you wish to waste couple hours of your time for your kids to be seen, then you are at the right place!!. Dr.Moe is great but the office is terrible. Min wait time to be seen is 1h after your appt time and it happened every time I go there (more than 7 times for the last 2years). They don’t respect our time and they never tell you that you might need to wait..it’s simply the most annoying office I’ve entered in my life..I would never come back here and I asked our Pediatrician to refer us to a different office.
