- CLCrystal Lane6 days ago2.0This review is based on wait time. Staff is friendly and courteous. The doctor is knowledgeable. My appointment time was set for 9 AM with an arrival suggested time of 8:45 AM however I arrived at 8:30 AM I was out of the office by 11 AM. It took about an hour to see the sonographer and about 45 to 50 minutes to see the doctor for the results. Every time I asked about a wait time I was told a few minutes but clearly being in the office for 2 1/2 hours Does not add up to a few minutes. If I was given proper expectation ahead of time, I would’ve rescheduled as I had other things planned today. I would recommend this place if you have 2 to 3 hours to spend. If you don’t, I suggest you shop around. Again this review is not based off the staff or the doctor, but rather the expectations of how long an appointment can take.
