It takes forever for the call center to answer the phone.
Parking for Handicapped people is awful. We have to walk from the back or side of the Clinic to the front desk. You can get to the front from side door of building or outside to front of building. Either way, it's a long walk for someone like me who needs hip replacements on both hips and is always in pain. Front desk employees are slow. The Dr. that I have at the clinic is fabulous. Her name is Dr. Bijjon and one thing I really like is that she is very thorough about everything and explains things so you understand. She honestly cares about you and your health. She's Miss Wonderful!!
Back to the parking! What they need to do is make the front all Handicapped parking and people that are not Handicapped can park on the side of the building.
" THAT'S THE SOLUTION "
to the parking problems for the Handicapped.
