The University Health Limb Salvage Clinic at the Texas Diabetes Institute, located in San Antonio’s Guadalupe Westside community, is one of the few clinics in Texas dedicated to limb preservation and the prevention of diabetes-related amputations. Our interventional cardiologists and podiatrists work together to restore circulation, treat poor blood flow, and provide advanced diabetic foot and wound care. Through minimally invasive vascular procedures and expert podiatry, we focus on preserving mobility and protecting quality of life. The clinic is open every other Wednesday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., and appointments are required.
