Even though it was exactly 10 a.m., the time of our appointment, they proactively checked with ENT to make sure everything was on track. It really showed how attentive and caring the team is. We truly appreciated their attention to detail.

They took the time to explain everything to me and were very patient with my little one. They also took the time to make him feel special and listened to his babbling with such attention.
