There as been lack of communication when I've need appointments outside of this office, like blood work. They put the order in but no-one lets you know who to call or where to go. The way I understand it, you have to make your own appointment's with no information provided.

Competent good doctors but be very careful having any sort of procedure done in the office, they will send a massive bill for "Operating Room Services" despite it being the same exam room as you saw the doctor in and your insurance probably won't cover it.

Cindy at the front desk is awesome! So happy and fun to talk to. Dr. George is amazing! Giving so much time and not making you feel rushed! Alyssa gave me my first flu shot and I honestly never felt it. Everyone in there makes you feel so comfortable. Highly recommend.

Senecha as well as dr. du and Cindy were so fast respectful ...did not make us wait we had our appointment at 720 left within less than an hour...now this is how a clinic or dr office should be ran...in Laredo they have some bad doctors who don’t care and I’m talking about the neurologist in Laredo...this is why we moved back cause sa is the best at getting great service for multiple sclerosis. Thank you to the service given especially the people at front desk who were so nice. By the way Cindy went beyond her time to make sure I had an appointment ASAP...Joseph in blood work was nice...as well...
