This place is a JOKE ! Don’t come here . They don’t know what they doing. I had to get lab work done and they had my results sitting there for weeks I had to call message them so many times to get an answer for my results. They definitely don’t take patients seriously. I don’t recommend this place at at. Nurse Sarah is rude , I don’t even know how she still has a job there . Doctor Adriana A that works with her as well is unprofessional . I’m still waiting for them to put my lab results on my chart. The front desk has no ideas what they doing except answer calls and leave a message that you will never get a call back . This location does not care for their patients at all and they take their job as a joke! I will be reaching out to someone higher I would hate to see someone else have the worse experience like myself at this office . STAY AWAY FROM HERE .

I’ve been trying to schedule a follow-up appointment for my asthma for the past two days, and I haven’t been able to get in touch with anyone. I’ve called multiple times and also emailed, but no one has responded. This is really frustrating, especially for a clinic dealing with respiratory care where follow-ups can be time-sensitive. I hope the communication and scheduling process improves.

Waited 2 months for the new patient appointment. Got a call the day before asking if I’d received the intake paperwork. What paperwork? I wasn’t told there was any or I would’ve called to ask about it in the 2 months leading up to the appointment. I was asked to come in a half hour early to fill it out. The receptionist said it wasn’t possible to email it to me. However, I’m disabled, and I have difficulty writing by hand. I also sometimes have issues with my vision. So completing this at my leisure would’ve been better. Day of the appointment, there’s no disabled parking near the actual building, but only by the building behind it. The only available space was on the far end, way away from where I needed to go. But I had to take it anyway because otherwise there isn’t room for my wheelchair. Eventually make it inside the building. Pressed the elevator button, but nothing happened. A doctor passed by and said, “you have to push the button.” Like this is the first time I’ve ever seen an elevator. I told her I had. It took a few tries, but the car finally arrived. When I found the correct office, there wasn’t a sensor to open the door, and it was barely wide enough to get the wheelchair through, but only if I didn’t use my hands to turn the wheels. Paperwork involved forms with small print. Not sure I answered everything correctly and my writing wasn’t very legible because my hands are so stiff. But whatever. Doctor was fine, I guess. She said she’d consult my specialist for a list of possible medications to do a drug challenge. All I had to do was call to set it up. I’ve called several times and left messages, but never gotten a return call. The medications she listed in my chart were medications I’d already tried (with bad side effects). I was never notified what drugs she’d chosen. I only knew because I read her notes in the portal. I called and told them there was only one drug I haven’t tried for my condition, having discussed this with my specialist. Only today, weeks later, I’m told I need a prescription for the medication or else I need to bring the pills with me. The point was to try the drug before it’s prescribed. These medications are expensive. Why would I pay for pills I don’t know if I can take safely? And this wasn’t mentioned at any point before now. I saw my specialist weeks ago and could’ve asked about it. Now, I have to make another appointment with him? The receptionist told me I’d need a prescription. She asked if I could just call him. The specialist can’t prescribe drugs without an appointment. She should know that. So now I’ll have to pay for yet another appointment with him, plus maybe several hundred dollars (at the least) for a drug I might not even be able to tolerate. Honestly, if I have to pay for the drug and get it from the specialist anyway, what’s the point of the allergist? And I was told today that I would get a call back *today*. That still hadn’t happened. To be honest, if I had a choice in where I go, I’d never go back there. I’m beyond frustrated. There’s just a lack of communication and accessibility. And the portal doesn’t allow me to contact them that way, or I’d attempt it, because calling by phone certainly hasn’t solved the issue. Honestly, after all this difficulty, I’m not sure it’s worth the aggravation to call back. They just seem very disorganized. I’m just wasting my time even trying to deal with them.

Kaitlyn MA Super generous when it came to sorting my appointment and dealing with certain issues. She made me feel safe in the environment and helped. She innovated on certain topics and did her thing when it came to my snoring problem. Maria MA Took care of my allergy testing on my back to see what I was allergic too. Had things in common with her current significant other so it was cool to see some people with my age who had goals and did her thing on the job. Veronica Garcia These two people deserve a lot more than a transfer or cut pay vacation. I believe that ya'll three deserve to be together because the team work I witness was like no other. The things I was allergic to I had no clue of besides dogs and cats. I was allergic to sixteen things. If I could, I would buy a clinic for y'all's own to the south so you and your personal can bring the your intuitions here. I was super blessed to have ya'll there when I was going through topics off the chart but to know the value of ya'll three was important for me to share when usually I won't explain why to share. Thank you and sky is the limit for all three of you all. As far as the rest, I hope they find a person who will share the same value as I did. They not only will learn but will find the ingredient to the pot when there time dings. Thanks again, and I will continue using my insurance here for the longing. Rock on and keep up the good work! Will definitely be back and continue to find my own medicine for my allergies.

I have been going to Dr. Jeffrey Hallett for over 28 years, he is a very knowledgeable and caring Dr. He takes time to listen to you which is hard to find these days and I trust him and would recommend him to anyone. He is a wonderful Dr. and I can’t say enough good things about him. This is why I make the drive from Leander to San Antonio he is the best!
