Had an appointment for an issue at 115pm. Staff has taken no accountability. Terri the manager is not a reliable source for any type of issues. She is incapable of obtaining necessary pre-test made intake staff do her job too. Ask for her contact info, no response. Front desk staff do not sign patients in until they feel like it. Had to call compliance to get any type of resolution. Find a crew that is willing to respect their patient/customers. Still waiting 2.5 hours later, still not seen.
