University Health’s Trauma Follow-Up Clinic provides post-hospitalization care for traumatically injured patients and those recovering from acute general surgery. Our experienced clinical team supports recovery after serious injuries such as car crashes, falls, and other unexpected traumatic events.
We coordinate follow-up care in the weeks and months after discharge, including monitoring recovery, managing ongoing medical needs, and coordinating additional procedures or treatments when needed. The clinic also supports patients treated through University Health’s Pediatric Trauma and Burn programs. Our goal is to help patients navigate recovery and regain function with coordinated, specialized follow-up care.

- MSMirna SanchezSep 20, 20251.0I came to the ER dept for a right abdominal pain. 11 hours later and the MD can’t even give me the results. I’m with pain MD doesn’t review the results. Discharged by nurse while the MD doesn’t even give the CT scan results. Services horrible restroom dirty, then the most horrible part is no bed just a recliner in the hallway with all patient. No privacy no attention. I give this hospital a ZERO stars. Not a professional Hospital.
