  I woke up with a burning sensation in my shoulders and decided to go to StretchLab Dominion. My flexologist, Britney Smith, listened carefully to my concerns and was incredibly helpful. I left feeling much better and truly appreciated her care and professionalism. Highly recommend!

  Huge scam. I did not sign up for any subscription, yet they kept charging me over $200 a month. I went in person to cancel it, but they signed me up for another membership I did not want! Kept charging me for months up to $700. They are scamming people.

  So I’ve had two experiences with stretch lab one myself and one with my fiancé, and both were not the best in terms of membership cancellation. I went in for shoulder pain and they absolutely helped with that during my experience, but when it came time to cancel my membership for financial reasons upon canceling, they did not let me know about any kind of window to use credit I had already pre-paid for, and when I tried to rebook to utilize the credit that again I’ve already paid for, they told me that my credits had expired, and there was nothing they could do for me. I wrote it off as my own error and scheduled a consult on my credit card for my fiancé due to a similar issue some years later. He went in and not only left with back pain even though he went in for his shoulder, but with a membership that he essentially got peer pressured into purchasing after telling them no repeatedly the entire session. He was just being harassed to get a membership for the whole 45 minute session. Fast-forward to his first month of the membership, they charged my card, even though when signing up for the membership, he gave them his credit card. When I called in to get the charge reversed nobody was able to help me, I was told a manager would call back and no one ever did so the charge just stayed on my card. When my fiancé was ready to cancel the membership, he wasn’t able to do it in person. They emailed him a form, made him send it back via email, and then ended up charging him for two months after his cancellation had been sent in because it had been sitting in their email unread, even though at his last session they assured him that no further charges would be taken out. Over all a bad experience on the administrative side and lack of attention to detail.

  Tiffany, was my stretch lab partner. She is excellent at her craft. For being the first time, I had a positive experience. Time: 15 minute intro into the types of stretches that are performed. All made me feel better. Deep penetration to the major muscles. They did an assessment of my posture with an apple tablet. Checked me in upon entrance. All before the stretching started. Total time under an hour. Attention to detail I feel is on point. I bought a package. They offered me a few options to get started. I bought a 5 secession package for $212.00. They gave me a special for Tax Day! I will use these weekly as needed or at my own leisure . There is an expiration date. Please ask what it is when you purchase. (5 ) - 25 minute secessions.
