  What's the point of making an appointment if we aren't going to be seen on time? Signage or no. Wife got called in they did brief test and then made us wait an hour. Glad to know what our money's worth, we just left, this is ridiculous.

  I went in for cataract surgery and had an excellent experience. Dr Marten did an excellent job and it was over fast. Dr Leon did an excellent job making sure I was OK and she is very friendly. I recommend South Texas Eye Institute for all Eye ailments.

  One star too much…haven’t been seen here…for the reason that an appointment was made since September waiting for this appointment then in November it was rescheduled because of new insurance…Today I’m calling to confirm the appointment and they say they don’t have me on schedule…the dr I am talking to them about is on vacation all Thanksgiving week…office didn’t call me to reschedule or anything…I been needing to follow up with Dr because of inflammation on my eyes treatment after hospital…and even a referral was put in place for this appointment…a lack of communication and disregard to patients care! Waiting again for front office to call me…
