    Dr. Maldanado and her staff are fantastic. She nailed my prescription and put me at ease after my previous provider indicated I needed cataract surgery soon and was not able to get my prescription correct twice. Thank you for listening and the excellent level of care.

    After nearly 10 years as a loyal customer, this place never disappoints and the reason I keep coming back is simple: the staff is consistently amazing. I have to give a huge shoutout to Cameron, he helped me when I picked up my glasses a few weeks ago and was just as wonderful at my appointment today. He is kind, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. He answered all my questions thoroughly and his customer service is just top notch. 😊 Dr. Maldonado and the entire Sitterle team continue to be the only place I trust for ALL of my eye care needs. 10 years and counting and I don’t plan on going anywhere. If you’re looking for a place where you’re always treated like family, this is it! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

    Amazing experience with them. I had a piece of metal stuck in my eye. I called them last minute without being a patient in their system. I explained that it was an emergency, and they moved around other appointments to be able to see me. Once I got there I was seen very quickly. DR. Nicole Maldonado took care of me, and made the procedure of removing the piece of metal fast and with as little discomfort as possible. She explained all her steps of the procedure, and made me feel calm. Recommend anyone to go here they wil take care of you.

    I just had my annual eye exam, and after being a patient of Dr. Sitterly for at least 20 years, I still love their office!!! So professional, but also so friendly and helpful. Sarah did my ‘pretests’ (they have some cool new ones) and was so sweet and well trained. And Dr. Sitterly is just such a good doctor and bears with my being such a goof trying to decide ‘this one or this one’ tests!!! lol Anyway in a world that has lost professionalism and true customer service skills, I am happy to recommend Sitterly Vision! 😊

    I originally left a one-star review without details. After seeing your response claiming you have “no idea” what prompted it, I’ll be very clear. The doctor’s behavior during my visit was condescending, patronizing, and at times outright rude. When I had difficulty with routine parts of the exam, including comparing lens options and trying contact lenses, I was met with dismissive and belittling remarks instead of basic professionalism or patience. The overall tone of the interaction was demeaning. I felt judged, uncomfortable, and unwelcome throughout the appointment, to the point that I chose to end it early. This was not a misunderstanding or a minor issue, it was a clear failure in professionalism and patient care. If this is considered acceptable conduct in your office, that is a serious problem.
