I won't be coming back to this location. The check in process for mammography is disorganized and chaotic. One of the mammogram technicians was kind and observant, I wish I'd caught her name. The mammo tech who performed my diagnostic mammo, and ultrasound was cold and uncaring. Her name was Susan. I hope she reads this. Susan, when people have to return for a diagnostic mammo they are likely to feel anxious and sensitive. Please remember this when you're performing any procedure. Also, you snatched my glasses and cell phone from my hands, don't do that. If you need to touch people's personal property, ASK. I doubt I'll hear back from management, if I do, I will edit my post.

I went there for a ct scan. Appointment at 10:20, wasn’t called back til close noon. Needed an IV and had the WORST experience I’ve ever had with an IV. An RN named Charles was assigned to get it done. It was immediately apparent he had zero confidence but I thought, it’s UT health, he can’t be that bad. WOW, was I SO wrong. Preparing and then trying to give me an iv took close to 45 min. He was clueless. In his attempt, he ruptured my vein and said he’d have to try again. Another RN, Ninfa, must’ve seen the horror in my eyes and offered to do it. She was excellent and fast and it seems she knew Charles didn’t have a clue to what he was doing. I then went to the CT room and the tech was great! I will avoid ever going back to Robert B Green radiology. Ninfa and the ct tech deserve 5 stars. Charles deserves 0 stars. He needs to find a new profession.

The best part is their toilets when they aren't caked with human debris! The nurses, one of receptionists, and most employed here have the look of hatred and annoyance in their eyes, in their demeanor, in their tone of voice, the amount of standing around is unparalleled, watching as they try to gather a decision to see if you're able to be treated, not all of the employees share this trait, however it is uncommon to come accross an employee that shares concern akin to the patient. The electricity in the air, feeling as if they want you to suffer under their care to claim saviorship, the amount of aggression it embodies my with, I stared at a nurse, and the idea of eating their face after their incapacitation, isn't out of the question. Truly one of the buildings in this area

Don't bother scheduling a stat mri appointment you'll check in and still wait for 4 hours then when you ask why you scheduled an appointment just to have all the walk ins and that go ahead of you and then they send a manager out to tell you to basically shut up and stop bothering them. If I could give no starts I would. MY TIMES JUST AS VALUABLE AS YOURS....
