- KGKellie GuidryApr 11, 20251.0We had an apt set for 3pm and waited for over two hours while everyone else went ahead of us. An hr in, I asked how long the wait would be and she assured me there were only two more patients in front of us. An hr after that the receptionist and US tech went home and we were left waiting alone in the waiting room. Main urgent care desk receptionist let us know that SOMEHOW we had never been properly checked in. Left without being seen. Waste of time and unprofessional.
