  I went in for a 3 hour glucose test and Sheila was the phlebotomist that assisted me. I have very thin veins and always need a butterfly needle. She got all 4 sticks perfectly and I didn't bruise too much on them. She made sure I had a bed to lay on, a trash to vomit in, heat and ice to help me get through the rough test. I felt safe and comfortable with her. Thank you Sheila!!

  I was little late, one person in the waiting room, I was told my appointment was canceled because I was late. As it is trying to make an appointment is not the best. The person didn't care, she told go somewhere else and the person waiting in the waiting was at the wrong location. So there was nobody waiting for workup. She could of taken me. Don't bother with this location.

  Poor customer service. The staff was not helpful or understanding. I have a special needs son who requires a lot of ongoing blood work and this location was the worst. Do not recommend

  I have made it very clear we have a high risk person in our home, we went here because we were told they were quick to get results. My son got a Covid test done on the 16th and we still haven't received results, its the 27th. Was given a number to call and they're closed on the weekends so I can't get information there either. By the time we get results he will already be over the virus and I will have wasted my money paying for the test in the first place.
