My daughter had appointments at this location, we were late due to finding the building and parking. When I went to receptionist she said you missed your appointments, we are closing at 12. I requested to see if she can squeeze me in since I was there. She said make a appointment, I needed some some assistance. I asked receptionist Maria G. if she can help. she answered the door is right there. She was very rude..no one should be treated like that, not everyone knows how to do things if they are doing it first time. Worst experience from Maria G.

If I could give this zero stars, I would. We went to this location because my ONE year old is sick and we had orders to drop off a specimen. We went in and nobody was helpful. We waited 20 minutes and asked kindly when we would be helped after already checking in at the kiosk. The lady would not help us, she would not give us her name. She literally covered up her name badge so that we couldn’t complain about her specifically. Sounds like she has been a problem before. She was very rude and very unprofessional. I tried getting a hold of customer service so that I could speak to a manager and they were all unavailable. I just can’t believe you are in health care and you can’t even be bothered to help someone with their sick child. How hard is it to receive a specimen? I am very upset. I will be calling again to speak to someone and hope this is rectified.

Very fast! I had just finished clicking on the check-in button and my name was called. Excellent service for someone fasting to get tests done.the customers before had a hard time with the touch pad, USE THE TOUCH PEN PROVIDED. Use the pen it is so much faster. Crazy people banging on the screen with finger, there is a pen for a reason... use it. I signed in online and showed up and checked myself in. Loved how little human interaction was involved between me and tech drawing my blood. No calling, no wait times, no sit down get up, sit down and get back up again. It was awesome!

I required a very difficult test that other labs said they were not able to do. This lab took care of everything, and the staff were professional and friendly. Definitely would recommend this location. It is difficult to find, however. It is located on the 3rd floor of the Atrium Building and there are no signs outside to let you know it is even there. Just follow signs for the Atrium Bldg and go to Suite 350. Contrary to other reviews, it is definitely open to the public. You may make reservations or just walk in.
