This is more towards Quest than the staff at this location. It makes no sense to not have an appointment but to arrive to an empty waiting room only for their automated system tell you the earliest available appointment is in 2 hours. To maximize profits this company took away the receptionist that could handle these issues and payments and put it all on us and the techs. Corporate greed at its finest.

Poor location. There was no parking, nor working parking lots to pay for parking. No signage in the building, so it’s easy to get lost. Locked doors that look like main entrances added another layer of difficulty.
Also, the tv screen was turned off or notworking so I have to hope and pray I checked in and was on the list.

Discriminatory service. Check in was not working at all. I waited over an hour to be called while walk in patients were being called immediately. The system says appointments have priority over walk in. Not true. Everyone that was entering the office was being called in less than 15 minutes (walk in). Two patients that arrived to the office after me (walk in) told me talked with them because they should have called you. You were here before me. I did but got two unprofessional nurses that didn’t even check the system. I was fasting and dizzy already. If They didn’t even care to look on their system but to raise their voice and kept repeating the same like recording. The marine nurse only cared to gaslight very unprofessional. I never asked for her personal life and she showed no honor in her service by talking about her service over me and denying what the other patients told me. She passed a patient before everyone in the office and one of the patients that told me to talk complained and she passed him but not me that was waiting before both of them and another 4 patients. I will never go to this location. Between their unprofessional nonsense the kept saying they will call me exactly at the time of my appointment. No, they called me 20 minutes after my appointment and by the only Hispanic nurse. My application doesn’t say Spanish neither if I prefer a race. Clearly they let me wait on purpose. I was the only Hispanic in the office waiting. I only wished for the same quick, responsive service and approach every one else was experiencing.

Had to park two blocks away. Difficult to find. No receptionist and the available staff is not trained to be helpful to customers. I won’t be booking with Quest again.
Do yourself a favor and book with CPL instead. It’s two floors up and they were much more helpful.

In and out in less than 20 minutes . Helps to have appointment, waiting area seating is spaced well for COVID 19 . Wait times with name on TV screen shown . Safety precautions and hand sanitizers readily available. Great job Quest .
