My husband who is 87 years old, made an online appointment at 12 today. And it is 230, and no one has called him. This is the worst office in San Antonio, to have your blood drawn. He had his registration number and registered when he came in at 11:30 for his 12 pm appointment, he has been fasting since 8pm last night. He's 87 and nobody has taken the time to take care of him. I am ashamed of you and your people.

I went to the wrong Quest Service Center than where I made my appointment. They were very nice, and worked me in quickly. The phlebotomist was very skilled and was able to get my blood samples on the first try. That almost never happens! I highly recommend the Hardy Oak location.

And now I know why, she was mine, and wonderful! 😊 Very professional and kind.

I had to get an MRI for my brain, since Iam Claustrophobic, I had to be sedated! I was told in advance I would be there about 2hrs. Front desk was very friendly, filled out some info checked in, took less then 10min. I was called back shortly after. Nurse Rachel was amazing!!! She explained everything , toke my vitals and placed my IV. After a little wait she took me to get the MRI done,alway making sure I was comfortable during the MRI. Got a juice and some cookies after, and she escorted me to the car where my husband was waiting to pic me up.Thank you Nurse Rachel !!!
