  They always take long and behind schedule. Every time I come to this location there’s a bunch of ladies standing around talking and doing nothing! There’s a man who seems to be the only one actually working and calling people. We’ve been here since 9 something and there was only 1 person waiting and we are in standby list. They called the one lady and instead of calling us they called someone whose appointment time wasn’t even close yet! There is still 3 people waiting for their 10:30 appointment. If they’d stop talking they’d knock all of these people out!

  I would like to give a huge shoutout to Jessica Huston from Quest Diagnostics. She did an absolutely amazing job! I’ve always had a very difficult time when getting my blood drawn—usually getting poked 4–5 times and leaving with painful bruises. But Jessica immediately reassured me and said, “I’ve got you. I’ll find your vein, and we’ll only need one poke.” And she did exactly that! She was kind, confident, and truly skilled. For the first time, the experience was smooth and painless. I was so relieved that I even got emotional—tears of happiness! Thank you, Jessica, for your professionalism, compassion, and outstanding care. You made such a difference, and I truly appreciate you!

  The place is very clean and organized and the nurses are very professional and accurate when drawing blood. I will continue to use this Quest location.

  Awesome job. Had me in and out in a jiffy. Took a book to read while I was waiting but didn’t even have a chance to open it. Great job Quest
