  Whoever is in charge of ordering supplies for this location is failing the local community. This is now the second time in 3 months that I’ve had bloodwork done and they didn’t have the most basic of supplies. My veins are small and they didn’t have the proper sized needle. The needle they used was so large I ended up with a blown out vein. The techs at this location are always knowledgeable, efficient, and timely. They have no control over the support given to them by upper management. Please order the supplies this location needs.

  It’s not their fault, but NO ONE knows anything about other locations closing - not patients and not the staff. There’s no way to contact anyone either. This is an inconvenient location for me and you’ve become annoying to deal with. No admin staff, bad communication, cancelled appointments and closed locations with no recourse. BOOOOO.

  Jayme Quintanilla should be fired for having unprofessional relationships with clients. She works at front desk and Mark, the owner needs to know.
