The Quest App makes setting appointments, check in and getting results SOOO convenient! The staff is great and the process is quick and efficient! I don’t go anywhere else for labs!

Matthew was the representative that assisted me. He was very considerate and helpful and took time to see exactly what was needed to complete my labs. The University Health System Allergy Clinic had labs that needed to be drawn but left out specific codes and he called them and got everything straightened out. It took time but Matthew spoke to them and got everything fixed. I truly appreciated what Matthew did. He is an asset to Quest Diagnostics and I thanked him for that.

The worst customer service ever. I waited for almost 2 hours and nothing. When I got there they told us is going to be an hour wait when I already had an appointment. I signed up for the text alert to let me know when my appointment was ready. The lady never mentioned to anyone that it wasn’t working and there was no sign. When I told her that I been waiting, they lied and said they called me when they didn’t.

I was surprised first about the location for Quest. Walmart? I got to appointment early. Check in was fast, as I did the express and scanned my DL and insurance card. I must have waited less than 10 minutes for them to call me. I was in and out of there before my actual appointment time. The lady that drew my blood was very sweet. She made sure all was well before I left.

Don’t come here!!!! Even if the location is convenient it’s not worth it. I came as a walk in. I understood it could be a wait. I helped a few ladies check in after me and we noticed the system completely kicked them off the wait list. So I help them get seen sooner by talking to the employees for them. I’m still waiting as a walk in and a few other walk ins come in after me. They get seen. I let someone know. She says re join the walk in list and I’ll grab you next. I do that and it pushes me to the bottom since a group of walk ins came in. Next thing I know, that same lady is going on lunch. They continue calling the appts and I let someone know the situation and they said there’s nothing they can do. So I’m still sitting here waiting, already invested 2 hours here and I I think my current options are wait and hope she calls me in after her lunch break or let them continue going down the list and hope they don’t skip me again. I’m feeling very defeated and they need to do better!! Update: everyone left on lunch and only one person was left who was not willing to help me. I left after waiting 2 hours without getting my labs done and feeling very defeated
