My husband had a scheduled appointment for a drug screening at this location on March 20th at 1:00 PM. He checked in at 1:23 PM and then waited over an hour before asking for an update. He was told twice that he would be “next,” yet continued to wait with no communication.
When he asked again, a manager named Patty came out and immediately became confrontational. Instead of trying to help, she accused him of being rude, claimed he didn’t have an appointment, and even said he went to the wrong location — none of which were true. He offered to show his confirmation, and she refused to even look at it, dismissing it by saying, “that’s just your phone.”
The situation escalated unnecessarily. She threatened to call security and ultimately refused to allow him to complete his drug test — even when a technician was ready to take him back.
After he left, a supervisor contacted him, confirmed his appointment was valid, and told him to return.
This was extremely unprofessional and concerning. This wasn’t just poor customer service — this was a complete failure to handle a simple situation appropriately. When a patient comes in for something as important as a pre-employment drug screening, the expectation is professionalism and problem-solving, not accusations and confrontation.
There is a clear issue here with how situations are being handled at a management level. Patients deserve to be treated with respect and have their concerns addressed, not dismissed.
I would strongly encourage leadership to review how this location is being managed.
Also, if you read the other reviews, this is not an isolated incident.
