  If you want to be seen in a timely manner, you’re better off going in as a walk in. If not, you will be seen after your appointment. No point in checking in early only to be seen after. Yet people that walk in go directly in and leave before you’re even seen. System is flawed. Check in pads barely work. After I asked about the typical procedures for early check in, I was seen shortly after(after waiting 50min). Saving grace was a young lady who took my blood and was the most personable professional there.

  I had a question and there is no person to speak to. Only a kiosk to sign I . So sad that so many businesses are taking the human element and personal touch out of their business.
